rougher it turns eye makeup. "Less than overdo it" - your motto when
using mascara.
Dark contour of the lips. Lipstick erased much faster than
the eyeliner, lip liner made. That is why the color of the pencil should
closely match the natural color of the lips and even be a little lighter. And
one more thing: a dark eyeliner visually makes lips more flat.
